SHIPPING: Once we drop off the packages to the delivery service, it is completely out of our hands and control, therefore, we are NOT responsible for items damaged during shipping, lost in the mail, delivered to the wrong address, or stolen from your premises. You can file a claim with the responsible shipping company. We usually add insurance to high value items and items that are fragile. Keep in mind that most damage is easily repairable! Lastly, note that the USPS tends to scan the packages as delivered a day before they actually get delivered while they are still at the facility.
